I chose the musical style of pop and in specific, the Beatles. I chose this topic because i love the Beatles and the style of pop music.
Describe how you went about finding your songs and information.
I looked up information about the Beatles band and also looked up information pop music on Google.
What different kinds of technology did you use to compile your project?
I used Powerpoint, iMovie, and Garageband. I used Powerpoint for all of the information, Garageband to make my song, and iMovie to put it all together and make the movie.
What are you good at...what went well for you in this project?
I am very good at using Garageband and iMovie to make songs and movies. I know how to use all of the cool tools to make my projects look attractive.
With what did you struggle on this project...what was difficult for you?
It was tough getting all of the information together and it was difficult to put all of the information together and in logical order.
Did you decide to use still slides? Why or why not?
Yes I did because it was easier to get all of my information on still slides than putting it all into iMovie.
For what other classes, situations, uses could this type of project be adapted?
I would definitely use this type of project in a music class or any other class in which I need to make an attractive project.
How did your project use the transformative property of borrowed images, music, and information to comply with the Copyright Law of 1976?
I took all of my photos and information and cited it all using Noodle Tools.
Would you do another project like this on your own? Why? Why not?
Yes I definitely would because I love music and it is very fun to make and learn about.
